We are Bendigo best Artisan Sourdough Bakery, starting in December 2013 in our small cafe, we added some potato skins to some local grains and watched as the wild yeasts of Bendigo developed. With the daily help of our baker taming the wild yeast, the good outweighed the bad and our unique desem starter was produced. This tamed desem starter is the base of all of our sourdough breads, and is where the wild flavours come from... 

Our bakers and chefs work hard together to develop new wild and elaborate ranges of flavoured breads. Some are wild and some are tame, but all are of the highest quality and made with the finest ingredients.

We supplying many cafes/restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and everything in between around the Bendigo region, expanding every day.

We know fresh is best, so all of our breads are mixed, baked, packed and delivered to you on the same day.
